Rather than installing the full system in a single phase, the project began with a detailed energy feasibility study to determine the optimal system size and establish a quarterly expansion plan that aligned with the client’s capital expenditure budget. Working closely with the client, our team also assisted with roof remediation and carefully coordinated after-hours installation activities to minimise disruption to daily operations.

Our Process
From feasibility assessment through staged installation, every phase of the project was carefully planned to maximise return on investment while supporting the client’s operational requirements.

The solar system was engineered using premium TW510W solar modules and a Sungrow 100kW inverter, allowing future expansion while aligning with the client's quarterly capital expenditure planning.
We coordinated roof remediation, planned installation around operational requirements, and completed shutdown works after hours to minimise disruption for tenants and business operations.
The staged rollout allows the client to continue expanding their renewable energy infrastructure as future capital budgets become available.
